We have bought several items here and with very few exceptions have always been very pleased with our purchases.__1 thing I would tell everybody is that most of the items are customer returns and can range from brand new/sealed to used, and not only does the Liquidation Team allow you to check the items before you purchase them, they encourage it and will even assist you in opening it and allowing you to test it in store before purchasing it.__Some other shoppers/reviewers have compared it to a garage sale and I don't know if I would say that...... you should first realize from the name that it is a liquidation store hence the name The Liquidation Team, second when you walk in you will be able to tell that you are not in a Walmart or Target a couple of ways. 1 the items are not all new and sealed in boxes (even though some are), and 2 the prices are usually WAYYYYY lower than other stores. Also I have never been to a "garage sale" or "yard sale" that the people offered me a 2 day guarantee on items I purchased, or 7 day return or exchange for a different size option on clothing that doesn't fit my kids if they don't happen to be with me at the time of purchase.__I was worried originally about shopping here after reading some of the reviews but I would definitely encourage anybody that wants to save some money and find some great deals to give them a shot. Also the place always seems to be busy so I would have to assume that others are having the same experience I do shopping there.__If you are person that is only looking for brand new, never used, items with 90 day warranties and such..... this is probably not going to be the place for you, but for the rest of you trying to save some money on good items, I say give them a try and I'm sure you will be glad you did."
"I see a lot of negative feed back here, but it all seems to be the buyers not testing the product before hand. I've boughten a coffee maker, recliner, trash can, and a fan... All work amazingly well. Each item is tested not only by me, but also thoroughly by the check out clerk. The employees are astonishingly commonsensible as well as quite polite.__Just be sure to always check your product before you buy it, it's that simple folks."
